From the date of the last posting....ummm 2007?! It appears this blogger has been on "vacation" for way too long!!
But after all the great and inspiring events from April:
3 Good Friday Services
10 Easter Services
5 Watoto Childrens' Choir Services
1.5 day Neil Anderson Conference and the 4 Services
As well as our regular 4 services every weekend - well, I'm getting a little restless. Even to the point of dare I say - bored?
So, with the summer months looming and everyone taking their much deserved and needed vacations -perhaps this summer will present itself as more than time off. Yes - we all need that balance in our lives and yes, even Jesus rested - even God rested!
This is not about that kind of rest - that will indeed happen!
This is more about reflection - allowing God to remind me of what He has done for and in this Ministry and also about taking the time to be open to what He wants next for His kingdom. That simply cannot happen in the busy season of Christmas and Easter in our world.
But the summer time - aahhhhh - perhaps this time will be his tool for His good pleasure.
